Pushkar Techno Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer specializing in automotive components, railway rolling stock parts, heavy fabrication and machining items, bulk material handling spares, and a wide range of other engineering products. Established in 1965 in the industrial town of Jamshedpur, India, the company was founded by the late Dr. B.N. Roy—B.Sc. Engg. (Elect. & Mech.), FIE (India), DIC (London), Ph.D. (London)—a distinguished academician and technocrat.
Beginning with a modest infrastructure and a vision rooted in strong ethical values, Pushkar Techno has since grown into a dynamic organization with extensive resources, technical expertise, and advanced manufacturing capabilities. Over the decades, the company has built a strong presence across multiple sectors, including automotive, railways, mining, power, cement, and more.
Today, Pushkar Techno Pvt. Ltd. produces a wide array of engineered products, such as pressed and fabricated sheet metal and plate components, machined sub-assemblies for some of India’s largest heavy vehicle manufacturers. Our advanced facilities also enable the production of complex railway rolling stock components, including bogie frames, bolsters, and front part assemblies, along with other heavy fabrication and machining solutions. In addition, we manufacture various types of conveyor idlers, frames, and brackets used in power plants, steel plants, and mining operations—further demonstrating our commitment to quality, innovation, and industry excellence.

The managing director, and other members of our team have a strong engineering background with a combined experience of over 150 years working with Fortune 500 companies, global engineering conglomerates and leading H&M commercial vehicle manufacturers across India.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit accommodates world-renowned cutting edge machinery capable of producing 300 idlers daily with diameter ranging from 76.1mm to 200mm and length from 165mm - 2500mm. Pushkar Techno Pvt. Ltd. is also capable of pressing tonnage from 20 tons to 1000 tons and on an average processes around 1500 metric tons per month. We press steel ranging from 0.8mm to 8mm thickness.
Pushkar Techno Pvt. Ltd. has been manufacturing the highest quality of products over the years with a quality rate of less than 50 defective parts per million per year against the total supply of 5.5 million parts at the failure rate of 0.0009%.
We adhere to the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) timeline and have been successful in delivering by APQP time plan 100% of the time.
Our in-house design and development team comprises professionals consistently working on unique design specifications of our customers and developing products of the highest quality. We are capable of handling the process designing and development of 5 new products simultaneously.
