Impact idlers are fitted with concentric rubber rings at the bottom of the impact point of the troughed belt over the entire loading length having a spacing of 350mm. This is done to give a cushioning effect to prevent the belt from getting damaged.

Garland rollers can not only be used at the upper trough but also at the lower trough to support the returning of the belt.

These rollers offer various linking combinations and suspensions and are also used in belts having higher widths.
